Be ready to drive down a gravel road and the road at your final destination is dirt which will be muddy in wet conditions. This was placed right after a major storm so we got the georango muddy. The good news is the location where the cache has been placed is clearly signed so you will know when you are close. If there has been a recent rain you will need either a 4x4 or have mud boots for a tenth of a mile walk.
BYOP Our first cache is a 3x5 index card holder wrapped in tape(not camo). There is a FTF prize that is appropriate for this time of year and can be used immediately to improve your comfort level. The log is in a ziplock baggy. Ballet dancer placed 2 small trade items in the cache outside the baggy. Hopefully they will remain dry.
Feel free to tour the area for lost relatives.
