A series of caches to encourage a walk along the seafront at Exmouth. Due to the very busy nature of the area it has been necessary to use micros, and stealth will be required to retrieve & return unseen! For this reason the hints are quite specific.
For a nice circular walk you can use the cliff path & Madeira/Plantation Walk which run parallel to the seafront.
This cache is placed at the eastern end of the seafront, the furthest point that can be accessed by car.
Orcombe Point marks the western gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and from the cache location you can continue up the path to join the coastal path, which leads east to the Geoneedle, our High Land of Orcombe cache and the Rock of Ages earthcache, or west towards the Maer Local Nature Reserve & another cache in this series. Fantastic views in both directions.
There is plenty of on-road parking (pay & display) but it can get very busy.
Cache location is wheelchair accessible but users will probably need help to retrieve.
