The cache is a small tab lock box. It is placed a short distance from a public parking area
This cache is now a second replacement for the original Ravensdale which did not last long, the first replacement going missing too. The cache is placed close to water and while a Troll minds it you must keep an eye on junior cachers (and careless senior ones too).
The hide is near the end of a nature walk in Ravensdale Forest. It is short enough and a nice family activity. Picnic tables are beside the parking area.
There are a further two caches placed on the trail itself.
There is no need to disturb plant life in the search for this cache. Placed with a Garmin 60CSX indicating 4m accuracy.
