Polo Traditional Cache
Long Man: As the owner has not responded to my previous log requesting that they check this cache, I'm archiving it.

This COULD be a cache and dash. You could park up at the side of the busy A272 and have the cache in your hands within about 5 metres of the car but that's not why you go caching is it?
Better by far to park up at Easebourne Priory (see waypoint) and enjoy a short walk to the cache along well marked footpaths.
You're on Cowdray land and no visit to Midhurst (or Easebourne) would be complete without at least a nod in the direction of the sport of kings. The path skirts the polo fields of the Cowdray estate, so close that if you set off for this cache during "the season" you'll be surrounded by the kind of muggle that may lack a chin but has a very healthy account at Coutts! Inverted snobbery aside it really is worth a visit and these days they allow commoners to watch and everything!
The cache itself is a small-ish decon container with a geocaching sticker attached.
