Geocache Description:

Off path in conservation area; path can be accessed at end of Tarpaulin Way

Traditional cache containing: 3 cat stickers, 3 smiley stickers, 3 geocaching tattoos, 1 CITO bag, 1 travel bug, 8 refrigerator magnets, log book, pen, pencil.

This cache is off the path in an area where Native American Indians used to gather and eat shellfish, evidenced by presence of columbine wildflowers (which only grows in soil with basic pH) and small shell fragments. You'll notice a "man-made structure" nearby, indicating you're close to the cache. Please be careful when replacing the cache - the hiding place is old and fragile.
