Geocache Description:

Located in light bushland in the Elouera Reserve

"Elouera" (pronounced 'Ell - Lou - Era') is an aboriginal word meaning "Pleasant Place".

This cache should be accessed via the Elouera Estate off New Line Road, Dural. My first ever cache placement and fairly straightforward to locate. It is hidden in light bushland and there is no obvious trail to follow. Plenty of open sandstone shelves that you'll traverse on your quest.

This one is probably not suitable for the really small geo-kids, but most aged 7 or up will enjoy the challenge. I have adjusted the terrain rating down to 3 after some guidance from "ruffasguts" (thanks).

I placed this one during torrential rain so I was able to ensure that the location is water safe. Whilst there is a creek/stream nearby, there should be no need to cross water if you enter via Elouera Estate.

I started the cache off with many small trinkets, plus the Crikey Fundraiser Geocoin.

Have fun!
