Park on Quiet Hills Ct, just west of Roscoe Blvd and Valley Circle Blvd. From the trailhead, you'll be taking a scenic hike up to a hilltop overlooking the west side of The Valley and Castle Peak. It's a gorgeous vista! 
Look down and you'll notice that you are standing almost directly above a housing track. If you were so inclined, you could probably construct a paper airplane and send it "special delivery" down to any one of the houses down below... "Hey, You've Got Mail!" 
The cache you seek is a 4" x 4" metal tin, 2" deep, with a log sheet, pen, pencil and some cool trade items for your fair trading pleasure.
