This is the beginning of a series of 9 caches we placed at
Halverson Park in River Falls, WI. We have been told this series is
considered a "power trail", so if you want to jump out of your car
and grab 9 caches, this series is for you. Halverson Park is a
memorial park that was dedicated to Adolf and Evelyn Halverson,
lifelong residents of Pierce County. Halverson Park is widely
un-used, due to it being kind of swampy in spring and summer. These
caches will be much easier to reach during the winter/fall months,
as in Spring it will be much muckier. We've given every cache
(except this one) a 4-star terrain rating, as you do have to cross
the river by ice, or by jumping to reach the rest - don't worry,
I'm 5' and I made it! Please take time and enjoy this series. Nick
and I truly enjoyed placing these caches, and we hope you enjoy
them as well. Happy caching! This is a regular-sized peanut butter
container holding a logbook, pen, and geo-stash note.
