Starting in the late 1800's a railroad was built that eventually ran all the way up to Rumsey in the Capay Valley from the spur leaving in Elmira. This was taken apart piece by piece and the last trains ran in this area in the 1980's. This is one of the places where you can see what is left. This is an easy cache with clear skies...so your gps should take you right to it. Please place it back carefully so this one lasts!
