La bandita boatchick is really fond of two things: baseball and
reading. During the off-season, she sometimes compensates by eating
hot dogs with stadium mustard and pickle relish while reading books
about baseball.
Thoughtful bandito bennet had picked an almost-new copy of
Pete Rose: My Story at a garage sale one day, when he was
shopping for little plastic containers to hide in the woods. As
bandita was trying very hard not to drip any stadium mustard on
this archival tome, she noticed a little raggedy-edged piece of
paper poking out of the book.
“¡Ai, bandito!” she said. “Is this a bookmark,
or is it some type of cryptic note? It says 'Akron Aeros' on the
back.”
El bandito scrutinized the scrap and scowled. Then he smiled.
“No, bandita. It’s a geocache!” And they hopped
into the banditomobile and drove off.
