Geocache Description:

Our first Cache, located along the River Great Ouse

This Cache is located along a beautiful riverside and lakeside walk. Parking is available at N52 07.643, W000 25.479

The walk takes you alongside the River Great Ouse, you can continue your walk through to the Beefeater Restaurant on Barkers lane, or have a wander around the nearby Marina. There is a wildlife garden and kiteflying area on the opposite side of the lake. The cache is located just off the footpath and GPS accuracy was about 10m when placed. These paths are very popular with dog walker muggles so an element of stealth is required when retrieving the cache. Please bring your own pen!!!

Please keep a close eye on children as there is a lot of water nearby. Paths can be a bit muddy after rain so buggys/strollers may have some difficulty.

The cache has been replaced with a small (verging on medium sized) clip lock box in a cammo bag. My GPS did skip around a bit at GZ so a bit of searching may be needed, but it should be easily spotted if you look in the right place

Please hide the cache well again ensuring that it cannot be seen by people who are not looking for it.
