Fairly easy access
Small container like 35mm film container. Holds only a log book, so be sure to bring your own pen. Be sure to replace lid correctly.
Take in the view across the water where remote sailing boat enthusiests are some time seen with their craft. Nearby this area are the buildings containing knowledge & education and in the other direction is the business area.
Watch for muggles at certain times of the day.
Please replace cache carefully as you found it.
