Geocache Description:

Saturday @ NOON meet at the pavilion (we have reservations) It does cost one dollar for the day use of the park, please make sure you pay at the pay station upon entering. Then put the stub of your envelope on the dash board of your vehicle.

This event will be at the Pine Log State Forest Pavilion on Saturday. We will meet at NOON for for a Pot Luck Meet and Greet with S'mores to follow. Bring something to eat to share with all your friends. We will have the ice, plates, napkins, cups, and utensils covered. Just bring some food and drink and we will have a great afternoon. We will be eating at the pavilion, which has plenty of seating, also a huge table to put all the food on. We will have a fire going in the fireplace as long as it isn't too hot outside, so hang around and leave room for some "S'mores" don't forget to bring along a stick so you can roast your own marshmallows too.
Please post what you will be bringing so we can make sure we have a variety to eat.
We also have the group campground reserved for the weekend if you want to bring along your camping gear and stay awhile longer, it is one dollar per person per night, for tents only. If you have a trailer, you can camp in the campgound which is only about 500 feet away, and it is $15 a night, first come, first serve.
Only campers are allowed in the park after dark.
The campground is located off of Hwy 79 (about 14 miles north of Hwy 98 or about 2 miles south of Hwy 20)you will turn west onto Environmental Road and then turn right following the signs to the camping area.
We will also be camping on Friday the 18th (GC19433), so come on out one or both nights and have some fun.
There will be a breakfast and C.I.T.O. event Sunday (GC1987H)
