Tallahassee Parks and Recreation would like to invite all to our first ever meet and greet. You can meet the people of Parks and Recreation and other fellow cachers. You do not have to be participating in the Geocoin Series to attend. Everyone is welcome. We will be rewarding Geocoins to teams that have completed the Tallahassee Parks and Recreation 40 cache series and have obtained all 40 codes, which are located on each cache. Please bring the codes with you. Due to time restraints please place Parks in alphabetical order with codes. For example, Break time xxxx, Brokaw-McDougall house xxxx,Cascada Park xxxx,Chapman Pond xxxx and so on. You can find the picture of the Parks and Recreation Geocoin on all 40-cache listings. There are only 100 coins available. If you have not completed this series you have until this meeting time. We will meet at 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. at our Administrative Office located at the above coordinates which would put you at 921 Myers Park Drive, Tallahassee FL 32301. Please RSVP with the total number attending by 2-29-08. We hopefully will have food and drink but details are pending. There will also be Games and prizes for all to enjoy. Hope to see you there.
