FMB4 - Final Whistle Mystery Cache

Huge Mess: I went out to Weston Woods today and the cache is no longer there. The area has changed beyond recognition and, in my view, is no longer a pleasant or particularly safe place for a cache. I'd hate to be encouraging people to go into an area where heavy work might still be going on. Thus this cache will be archived, never to return. In any case I'd have had to get rid of the whole series in time for the Mega Event as there's no way I want to be responsible for the environmental damage caused by a footfall of potentially over 500 people in a weekend. Thanks to all who have visited and left excellent logs and apologies to Whitecamel.

Geocache Description:

A 1.5 litre box with a clip-on lid. This is the last in a series of four woodland geocaches which can be done in a circular walk of between 2.5 and 3 miles.

The coordinates at the top of the page are for the parking. The cache location is given by the clues from caches FMB1, FMB2 and FMB3. The cache is not far from a path but the paths round here are made up of slippery stones, slippery roots, slippery mud or all three, so wear appropriate footwear. Although the coordinates were averaged from visits to the cache site on four different days, tree coverage may still render the GPSR unreliable. Therefore there is a robust additional hint below.

When you find the cache remember to write down the number from Jampton’s FMBs geocoin. This coin is residential. Do get it out and have a good look at it but PLEASE LEAVE IT IN THE CACHE so that everybody else can enjoy it. Please be stealthy and re-hide the cache carefully.
