Géocaches du Pays de Retz

Après avoir traversé une bonne partie de la France, la Loire se jette ici dans l'Atlantique ; avec le pont de Saint-Nazaire comme portail sur l'océan, l'un des plus longs du monde 30 ans auparavant. Côté sud, c'est Mindin dans le Pays de Retz. En face, au nord, se trouvent la ville de Saint-Nazaire ainsi que ses chantiers navals. La cache est située dans le jardin botanique de Saint-Brévin-les-Pins à la pointe du Nez de chien au sud de l'embouchure de la Loire. Il est possible de garer sa voiture au waypoint indiqué. Pour accèder à la cache, empruntez la promenade au bord de l'eau qui longe le jardin puis trouvez un passage dans la végétation jusqu'à la cache. En période estivale et pendant les week-ends des beaux jours, le lieu peut-être très fréquenté. Opérez avec la plus grande vigilance en journée, ou en soirée.		After having flowed hundreds of kilometres through France, the river Loire ends here in the Atlantic ocean, passing under the Saint-Nazaire bridge, like a gate to the ocean. On the south bank of the mouth is located Mindin, in the Pays de Retz. On the north it is the town of Saint-Nazaire and its shipyards. The cache is located in the Saint-Brévin-les-Pins botanical garden, in the Nez de Chien point (dog's nose) on the southern part of the river's mouth. You can park your car at the waypoint indicated. To access the cache, take a walk by the beach along the garden. Then find a passage through the vegetation to reach the cache. During summer and sunny week-ends, there can be lot of mugles. Be very discreet !
