Geocache Description:

The Pine Island Flatwoods Preserve is part of the Lee County Conservation 20/20 plan. It consists of nearly 700 acres with a 1.12 trail through the flatwoods. The cache site is not too far onto the trail, so it's a pretty easy walk. I did the whole trail on my mountain bike, but there were some bumpy spots. Walking is easier.

The cache container is a quart size lock n lock, so trade items are good.

This cache was placed with the permission of the Lee County Parks and Recreation Department.
