Multi-mystery cache location is in Ligatne, it's not at given coordinates. To find it you'll have to do some cartographic mathematics, decoding and reading of this description many times. Read all description carefully and take a print with you. It's not possible to find this fast or alone. At least two people is needed. If you hurry or try to do it alone, probably you will spoil it. Also it is PROHIBITED to search this cache in dark, because you will not be able to place all back as it was.
First task:
You have to calculate location of first multicache stage. Recommended to use trilateration method ( (visit link) ), but there is other ways, how to solve this. List of points:
Parceltuve - N57°15.284 E25°02.634 r=1.1792 km
Cepurkalns - N57°15.002 E25°03.572 r=0.9102 km
Pagrabalas - N57°13.983 E25°02.508 r=1.3329 km
Radius is determined by software in 2D plane and +/- 50m error in your calculations is acceptable to reach your destination. You can check your result here ( (visit link) ) but it allows the error to be only 30m, or you can contact me trough geocaching.com and I will reply you with amount of error ASAP. You can also visit given points, it's not necessary for finding the cache, but in all points there is something to see. I would do this after positive result of searching as a little trip around Ligatne.
Second task:
At the calculated location enter the building and on the second floor find the coordinates for next stage spraypainted on the wall. It will look like 2 lines of 7 symbols. Coordinate format is usual DD°MM.mmm, but you have to decode it. Hint for finding right place - a lot of plastic rings.
Third task:
Go to next location in the forest where GPS signal is bad, you should come close to fir tree which is about 60cm in diameter an marked by paint with bright orange cross. Look at the attached photo - red arrow shows where to dig. Inspect and then remove piece of wood some steps down hill from fir tree (facing orange cross on tree), you will open a 50cm deep hole in the ground and find there container with mechanism and your next instructions printed on plastic board. Read those instructions CAREFULLY and 3 times before you touch anything other. Don't hurry at this point, better wait and figure out what is what. Also this is the place where muglers and locals SHOULD NOT SEE YOU doing something.
Once you find a container release it from the fixture before opening.
You WILL NEED flashlight, at least one pair of gumboots and to this description attached images. Radios (walkie-talkies) are recommended.
Warning: it could be private property, but it's also a tourism object, so pretend to be a tourist and make pictures while someone is around. 3-floor living house is some 150m up the hill, so be quiet.
