Geocache Description:

This is a great wildlife viewing area. It is on private property with permission from management.

I lucked out and found the nesting area of the elusive bird species Dendroica Mazcal. This bird is a subspecies of the Wobbler, and is better know by its common name, the Tequila Bird. This rare species will only nest in the vicinity of a watering hole with access to the processed Agave plant. This plant is common in South Texas, but the processed variety usually occurs near other wildlife viewing areas, such as the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Don't miss this rare opportunity to view the Tequila Bird! If the bird is not in the nesting area, check inside the building.
