Between Shore Road and Tom Harvey Road, on either side of Champlin Wood Assisted Living Center. An extensive trail is accessible from Tom Harvey Road. If you use Shore Road it will appear that you entering into a residential development. However, there is a small parking lot and it is legal to park there.
This is the second cache in a series located on property owned by the Westerly Land Trust (WLT). The Dr. John Champlin Glacier Park consists of two parcels totaling 134 acres. It is entirely recessional moraine kettle and kame topography including ponds, sand barrens and ridges overlooking Winnapaug Pond, Black Island Sould, Block Island and Long Island.
