La salida se efectua desde un aparcamiento que es el propio camino, a unos 10 metros pasada la depuradora de Castro, pintada de color verde y visible desde la autopista a mano izquierda viniendo de Bilbao, poco antes de la segunda salida de la A8. La EPE del GPS era de 4.
