Geocache Description:


This urban micro cache is being placed smack dab in the middle of the up and coming Power & Light Entertainment District in Downtown Kansas City. This area promises to be quite the hub of activity when construction is complete.

Coords are based on an average of four different GPSr with 500 point averages on each. The high buildings around the site degraded accuracy, so you may wish to use the spoiler picture and the hint below to zero in on your search.

It is not necessary to disturb this site in order to locate the cache. Please bring a pen to this one.
