Come Meet
Your Fellow Geo-Cachers!
There will be an Event Cache at the above coordinates. You can come
any time between 1pm and 3pm on March 9, 2008 to sign the Geo-Log
and meet everyone. Let's put names to faces and get to know each
other. We would appreciate it if you would log in your intentions
to attend, so we can let the place have an idea on how many tables
we need. 
We will take over a corner of this
establishment. Don't worry, you will find us!
OK, now for the specifics: There will be a door prize, a
Geo-Treasure Exchange, available food/drinks for purchase if you
are hungry and good company. Drop your TB's and geo-coins for
others to "discover" or move along.
For those of you who have never attended an event: This counts as a
geocaching "find". And you get a fun "Event" icon on your
geocaching page!
Easter Geo-Treasure Exchange - Bring Something, Leave with
Something - If you want to participate in the exchange, bring an
unwrapped Geo-Treasure (valued at $5 to $10) for the exchange.
Everyone who brings an item will get a ticket and will chose one of
the items that was brought when the other half of your ticket is
drawn out of the basket. NOTE: This is voluntary. You don't have to
participate in the exchange to come to the event.
Ideas for Geo Treasure: Unactivated GeoCoins, Unactivated TB tags,
ammo boxes, camoed lock & lock caches, Geo T-shirts, etc. There
are many companies on the internet who specialize in geo-items. If
you need a list, just ask. There should be plenty of notice to get
something.
