Geocache Description:

A easy cache in Downtown Seattle

This cache is not meant to be difficult or strenuous. We are placing this cache here as there are not many caches in this part of the downtown area and we think there should be more. This building is owned by the City of Seattle and is now called the Seattle Municipal Tower but to those of us who were around as it was being built we will always call it “The Key” or “Key Tower”.

Across the street you will see the Bank of America Tower, formerly the Columbia Tower and the Columbia SeaFirst Center. Again, to us that have been around, it will always be the Columbia Center. It is the 12th largest building in the United States and it offers a great observation deck of Seattle on the 73rd floor (I think the fee is about $5.00). I hear the women’s bathroom on the 76th floor Tower Club is legendary for the great easterly views of the Cascade mountain range and the city below, sorry guys!

This should be an easy find for most. The spoiler picture is attached AND an explicit hint tells you exactly where it is located since sat's bounce all over. The hardest part will be the muggle factor during business hours, parking is limited but if you do get parking nearby it is a very short walk to the cache. One side of entry is ramp based and therefore is wheelchair accessible. The other side would not be as there are stairs. This is halfway up a small hill.

There is no need to leave the nice marble bench type (Do NOT go up the stairs either)area to grab this cache and no need to go on the street side. Sit, enjoy and log the cache.
