My husband worked on the RinCon Project(A in-ground pump lift station)The incomming pipe is 188 inches or 14 feet in diameter of storm water.5 plunge pumps will come on line as needed to lift the water into the Gauadlupe River. The pumps are so powerful that when all 5 pumps were on, the silt and debis were removed to expose the mammoths bones nearby.(see archived earthcache GCPRH6).
You are looking for a small container just off a parking lot near the water tank.The orignal cache was removed by the gardners.
