I've always thought ice breaker ships were neat. They have very strong and specially shaped hulls which allows them to crush through ice and then move it out of the way as they basically fall on it after their very strong diesel engines propel the ship up over it.
If you go looking for one of those neat things here, however, you may get a tad disappointed.
I eventually succeeded in getting my electronic playmate to at least make a showing of being useful, but if yours is like mine, it may or may not have difficulty leading you to the northern side of the road or to a post on the guard rail on the eastern side of the creek. (Power lines directly above caches for some reason tend to turn electronic playmates into electronic dingbats.)
There's a pull-off on the northern side of the road, just to the east of the guard rail that should provide ample parking. Please make good use of it and make sure you're all the way off the road. The road is very busy. Be careful getting out of your cachemobile and while looking for the cache. There should be plenty of room to do that without having a problem with traffic. This might not be a good one to let young children out of the car with, though.
There is a drop-off leading to a creek, but I don't see any reason why you should need to get near enough to it for there to be a big risk. (But whippersnappers may perceive "need" differently.)
