Geocache Description:

Parking available adjacent the cache. A "rocky" cache container.

The inventory has a general theme to it - there is an additional bonus for cache hunters "in season!" (Look up!) Small box inside cache contains bonus for FTF.

No need to match trades to the theme.

Yup, it's on private property, with the owner's permission. The trio on the corner shelter the cache; the big haunted-looking house means you're at the right location.

*note* Lots of folks with kids visit this cache, many of whom are probably not familiar with the finer points of geocaching, specifically travel bugs. They often disappear from this cache! Be advised that the accessibility of this cache and the high volume of cachers visiting makes it high-risk for travel bugs. Yours may well get squished if you leave it.
