År 1677 sägs Nils Tuasen ha dräpt en svensk soldat och därefter tvingats fly till Danmark för att undgå straff. Han återvänder 1699 och blir då anhållen, rannsakad och avrättad. Han blev därmed troligen den siste snapphanen som avrättades.
English:
In 1677, it is said, Nils Tuasen slayed a Swedish soldier and had to flee to Denmark to avoid punishment. He returned in 1699 and was then arrested, tried and executed. Thus, he was probably the last snapphane to be executed by the Swedes.
