Geocache Description:

Puzzle Revelation - Additional Hint Added - February 2009 The cache is not located at the co-ordinates above, but within a couple of kilometres.
An unactivated geocoin was claimed as FTF prize by Fingers Crossed!
Special mention to KSACat and Permakay for taking the challenge!

They looked at each other across the table.
Ruth sat nervously, hoping that her "behaviour" after the night at The Palladium would not become public knowledge.
She knew that the usually friendly neighbourhood copper was none too pleased at her disregard for traffic laws.
Why had the car been moving at speeds usually associated with nitro boosts in racing movies!?
Previously, she had been the golden girl; a clean license without any tickets, infractions, bumps or accidents. Until now.
Beryl had been sitting with her as the car avoided hitting a hydro pole.. and stopped within inches of a very surprised officer of the law!
He did not take the experience lightly... the whole reason for moving here from L.A. was to avoid this kind of thing!

Periodically tickets were issued to people with this kind of "lead foot", but the $207.20 fine just wasn't a deterrent! This girl would probably just ignore the ticket.
