Lake Side Puzzle Mystery Cache

GeoLobo: Now that the Mid-Winter Geocaching Event 2008 is over, I am archiving the caches which are road side or very short hikes - anticipation of the warm weather which will draw the geo-thief up here. _ will re-use the containers and place them deeper on the trails or make use of them in nice puzzle caches. I apologize to those who didn't get a chance to do any of the caches I have archived, however, I need to save these ammo cans from the hands of the thief.

CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. Cache was set for the Mid-Winter Geocaching Event - 2008. Cache container is a small plastic container (Camouflaged to the surroundings). CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. You will need to solve the simple puzzle for both the Parking and Cache coordinates.

NOTE: Please approach this cache from the Road. DO NOT walk across the ice to this cache. The Ice near the bridge is thin. This is because the water picks up speed as it is channel under the bridge. For your information, this hold true for both sides of the bridge. DO NOT Walk on ice near the bridge.
