Geocache Description:

Team Ruckus Juice

Presents

noose"The Widowmaker"

This is a serious level 5 multi intended only for adults. This is also a heavily hunted area, be sure to wear your orange during hunting seasons.

This cache is meant to "separate the men from the boys" as they say. Located in the area of Cross Creek Lake. Do not even attempt this cache unless you are in decent physical condition. Simply put, this cache is not meant for everyone. Due to the difficult nature of this cache, no one should attempt it alone. A pair of cachers would be best. The hike is not a long one, in fact its pretty short, so don't come expecting a difficult hike. Likewise the terrain is rated only a 2.5. The difficulty here comes in accessing the final cache. Its tricky.  The coordinates given at the top of the page will bring you to the first stage of this two stage multi. Finding the first stage should be easy. Here you will locate a standard size ammo can that serves as the "tool kit" you will need to access the final. The coordinates for the final are listed on a sheet in the toolkit. The final stage will require intelligence, strength, and bravery. Full instructions are listed in the tool kit. When/If you finish this cache, you will return the "tools" back to the first stage which is on your way back to the parking area. Parking coordinates are: N40 15.580 W80 22.658. You may want to bring along a hammer and some rope to make the final a little easier, though its not a necessity. This cache is placed with permission on private property that borders on the park property.

Many will attempt this cache, few will succeed. This is also a great area if you have a 4x4 or a jeep. Some excellent mud and an awesome mud hill climb nearby...
