This series of caches is intended as a circular walk taking in 8
caches as you go. It is possible to use 2 or 3 parking spots and
shorten the walking involved but there seems little advantage in
the latter.
The route takes in some less busy parts of the beautiful Shropshire
countryside. BUT.........
At the time of placing the caches there is
some really muddy stretches between parts 1 and 3 almost to the
point we almost abandoned the series, but after completing,we
thought the positives outweighed the negatives. There are possible
detours around the worst parts through the undergrowth. So stout
boots, wellies, or Gaiters are all recommended.
Hopefully as the weather gets drier things will improve.
Another very useful item to carry with you is an OS map of the
area.
