The cache IS at the posted coordinates. Please read the description below for logging requirements. The actual hide difficulty is rated 2.0 stars due to muggle factor and figuring out when, and how, to get there if you don't want to pay for parking.
Cache size is micro.
When I discovered IndyMagicMan's Challenge of the Century series of caches I knew right away this was one I wanted to hide that would be a little different than his. I also knew that this was the perfect place to hide it.
Numbers. We are fascinated by them. We love to celebrate milestones and goals met of various numbers. One hundred always seems to be a significant number that gives us a sense of accomplishment.
To log a “Found it” for this cache in addition to finding the cache and signing the logbook you must have:
Found one hundred caches in ONE DAY/24 HOURS.
Demonstrate this logging requirement any way you see fit; reference your profile, text in the log, attach an image, create a Bookmark list, etc.
Time once was that finding one hundred caches was a major milestone. Now it can be a busy day! Whether you are a newer cacher or meet the logging requirement ten times over when you find this, always remember what finding that first one hundred was like.
For an extra bonus:
