Geocache Description:

About half mile walk from suggested parking at 50.50.704n 0.53.413w through farmland on bridleway. walk up hill and follow bridleway through Racton Park Farm.

Box located in beautiful bluebell woods close to village of Racton in the valley of the river Ems. Of special interest are the 12c church (where we were married 41 years ago, the ajacent thached cottage where reputedly charles 2nd hid in the chimney before escaping to France and Racton monument a Gazebo built by lord halifax in the 1760s. In spring newborn lambs are often seen in the fields nearby.
Cache contain a good mix of items including book of poems, highlighter, BFG dvd comb, playing cards, purse, toy car etc, and usual log book pen and pencil.
Please keep to path till close to site to protect wild flowers. Thank you.
