Lincoln Memorial Cemetery - SE 112th ave. / Mt. Scott blvd. Open to the public but gated to cars at night (closes around dusk). See photo links, below near logs, for shots of the four waypoints. Begin at the initial coordinates, which are for the lake. How many years of service did the groundskeeper give this cemetery, according to his 'monument'? Go to the stump waypoint and find the sundial. What number does its dial point to? (You'll need to be able to read simple roman numerals.) Go to the Imperial Garden waypoint and look for the big butterfly. What is the largest number etched right next to it? (Checksum for the 4 digits added together is 8.) Finally, go to the outdoor mausoleums waypoint and look for a moose. What is the number to the immediate left of it? (Checksum for the 4 digits added together is 18.) Add the sundial number to the moose number. (Checksum is 12.) Add this sum to the decimal minutes of the false coordinate below for the true north coordinate of the final hide: N 45 25.476 Add the lake number to the butterfly number. (Checksum is 10.) Add this sum to the decimal minutes of the false coordinate below for the true west coordinate of the final hide: W 122 30.859 The cache itself is a small brown fake-leather pouch that zips up, externally marked as a geocache. Inside it is a vitamin bottle containing a logsheet and mini-pen. For first-to-find I put in a silver (maybe real, maybe faux...don't know) bracelet inside a little velvety pouch, and two YAG laser crystals. This one is too high to reach from the ground, so look around for a big organic 'footstool'. Have fun! -RoyBatty
