Geocache Description:

The lovely view from this cache exposes a corner of the Hartebeespoort Dam that is a hideaway for some of the rich and famous. Harties’ own Mediterranean strip…

To get there will be part of the fun. From Meerhof you can cross the unused railway bridge with anything less than 4 wheels, but the best will be from the Oberon side. Up to the concrete strips any vehicle will do, going up I suspect you need a bit of clearance, although going slowly should make it alright. So far sedans have made it, they just find the turnaround a bit tough, so be prepared for that.

As usual at any remote place in South Africa, take care of your safety and be aware of the odd muggle. Please replace cache carefully and avoid being seen as this is a replacement for the first one.
