More evidence of the project that is no more.

You are looking for a cache near an iron drain pipe that seems to come out of nowhere. My speculation is this was an overflow pipe to draw water away from the "pond" on the other side of the trail, so water levels did not get too high and hinder construction efforts of the Columbia Dam. Many things were left behind when the Dam was demolished and abandoned by the TVA, and I speculate this is one of them.
