Here is a nice open park where one can watch the boats coming into and out of the harbor. But where are the tugboats? All of them must either be working or docked elsewhere. If you happen to see one here, you might mention it in your log.
This cache is not meant to be difficult to find. However, from another standpoint, it may not be so easy. Just as a tugboat skipper never leaves dock without emergency equipment, so should a cacher always carry a complete set of caching tools, including a pen/pencil.
There is no need to disturb any vegetation, but by all means, beware of peering eyes. Many homes have a direct view of this entire park.
