or A John Musgrave Heritage Trail Gap
Filler
A large ammo box hidden along
the John Musgrave Heritage Trial ( see
JMHT), on the first anniversary
of Lord Darcy's first geocache find, not far from Dittisham Mill,
and not far from East Cornworthy.
Dittisham
Mill

Parking may be
a bit difficult for this cache. I managed to park in East
Cornworthy at N 50 23.117 W 003 37.387, but there isn't a lot of
room. Alternative parking (and a scenic walk to the cache) in
Dittisham – somewhere around N 50 23.068 W 003
36.140.
From East
Cornworthy walk downhill and take the public footpath on the left.
From Dittisham, walk west, along Higher Street, continue along to a
point about 30 – 40 metres before Dittisham Mill (Do check out the
mill – especially the water wheel and the delivery system for the
water) ... turn right over the “two sleeper” bridge, then the
wooden footbridge, then up the steps and along the
footpath.
When hidden,
the large ammo can contained – books, tile puzzle, doggie ball,
pack of wet wipes, pen, novelty erasers, coloured play 'dough',
plastic tropical frogs, spinning top, CD-ROM of Icenrye's
Geocaching Videozine. FTF certificate, logbook and
pen.
