At the edge of a very small park near an awkward intersection.
This cache is hidden as part of the 4th Annual Vancouver Island Hide-&-Go Cache. This cache is not at the above coordinates with the four 4s. The true coordinates, also with four 4s, can be determined by simply solving this puzzle: "WHEN WROOSTER IS CROWING - LOOK OUT I AM NOW UP - TOSS PILLOW AWAY" The cache is in an area with a lot of foot and vehicle traffic and in plain sight of nearby houses. A lot of muggles pass right by where the cache is located. It's well hidden BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL TO REPLACE AND COVER IT EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT!!! And bring tweezers - the cache is now a very small plastic tube.
