Geocache Description:

Brief Description: The Crossroads Cache is located near US Routes 52 and 460 and within two miles of Interstate 77.

The Story: According to blues folklore, Robert Johnson went out to the crossroads to make a deal with the devil to become a great guitarist. Here at the crossroads is a guitar store and a church. You're just here to find a cache.

The Details: The Crossroads Cache is an easy find. It is located a short distance from a busy intersection but is not easily visible to non-cachers.

The cache is near the intersection of US Routes 460 and 52. It's also a short distance from Interstate 77 and Route 19.

It is NOT on the highway, but on a smaller road that runs alongside. A fence separates this smaller road from the highway, so do NOT try to access this from the highway. The access road may not show up on a lot of maps due to recent construction. You can find the entrance at approximately N37°16.152', W81°10.3818'.

The Cache: The cache is an army decon container and can hold small tradables and travellers. If you can think of something musical to put in the cache, please do. If not, anything else is appreciated.

Initially, the contents included a few little items such as a duck whistle, a lizard, a fluffy chick, a small umbrella, a charm and a keychain flashlight.

The First-To-Find prize is a Travel Slug geocoin which can be activated and tracked on Geocaching.com.

First to Find: Congratulations to Plug Nickel for being the First-To-Find! Buckrocker found it later the same day.
