This is a newly landscaped area, and the pic, although it shows the waterfall, does not do the landscaping any justice. Give this area some time and spring weather, and this site will be beautiful.
The cache is located near the base of the falls and there is no need to climb on the rocks. Go easy on the landscape since property manager was kind enough to give us permission to place this cache.
This is a small cache but large enough to hold small items. There is a very small pencil in the cache, but bring something to write with anyway; no special caching tools are needed. The cache is NOT simply a cache lid placed in a plastic bag. If you find something like that, that is not the cache. Good luck.
** times have changed. As of June, 2012, a huge house is being constructed at the top of what once was a beautiful but artificial cascade. I doubt if water will ever run here again. But, the cache lives on.
