Pencot and Bowertrapping Community Woodland. A couple of parking places. A bit muddy in places. Clear footpaths and equestrian rides (separated). A Trig point on Pondery Hill.
Transparent plastic 'clip lid' box with standard letter, log book & swaps.
Stoop low to avoid the old Hawthorns in the immediate vicinity of the cache - obvious easy access - problems elsewhere. A good network of paths - great for dogs as well - but signs up about game birds.
This is part of the Blair Estate which has had new owner after 700 years or more. The house is not normally open to the general public.
Your not that far from Cleeves Cove Caves - it has a Geocache too - see the Wikipedia website with that title.
