Geocache Description:

Not the usual view of traffic!

This is located on a pedestrian/bicycle path which passes over E-39. Enjoy the unusual perspective on passing cars.
The new hide increased the difficulty rating by 1. The accuracy tolerance on the new coordinate is is slightly lower to compensate for the stark environment.
