Geocache Description:

Shack Island is a small rocky island between Pipers Lagoon and Neck Point. The Island is most known for the many rustic ‘shacks’ that are amazingly well preserved and have been kept-up over the years.

Shack Island is accessible at low tide across a cobbley flat of barnacle-encrusted rocks or by boat. Once on the island, it’s only a short walk to the cache. Tide Tables can be accessed here (visit link)
