It seems there are more caches out this way all the time & Westward Ho is a great place to get out & stretch the legs a bit, put your line in the water, hopefully soak up a few rays, & of course do a bit of cache hunting. The nearby campground is very popular, with ball tournaments held regularly during the spring & summer.
When hiding this cache, I used two gps's to ensure a reasonable degree of accuracy. Watch you're footing when looking for this one as the rocks will get slippery when wet with rain/snow & it may not be the best area for younger children, seniors or anyone who's intoxicated. Get off the highway on the north side of road.
