Happy Anniversary Alamo
Wash CITO!!
This CITO is SATURDAY, APRIL 5
at 8:00 AM.
This is the second anniversary of our famous CITO (did you see a
picture from a previous one on the geocaching.com home page a while
back?)!! Accordingly, an appropriate treat will be provided (not
that we don’t like donut holes). Come view our mascot, "The Bull",
and new wondrous treasures to be found in and around the wash.
Trash bags, some gloves, some "grabbers", and cold bottles of
water will be provided. Please bring supplies to help yourself out
(more grabbers, sunscreen, extra CITO supplies, hats, your own
gloves, etc). Perhaps there will even be some small prizes at the
conclusion, along with a group photo, and ceremonial "Passing of
the Bull" to the next event host (no pressure, but we think we saw
hahnizona perk up their ears last time?).
The listed coordinates are for parking:
N 32° 14.638 W 110° 51.829
There is parking at this location on Ridgeway Road - just north
of Pima Road and slightly east of the Alamo wash. The event usually
lasts about an hour. Geocachers, their family and friends are most
welcome to join in. We look forward to seeing you there!!
