Dutchduane: I am going to archive this cache because there has been a lot of storm damage lately, and I am getting tire of hunting for the remains of the cache, repairing, replacing, etc. I will go out soon and hunt for any remaining pieces or parts of the cache and remove them. This was a good cache, but it is time for it to go. It was fun!

Geocache Description:

I originally placed this cache to celebrate the new construction at this park.

This is an easy one to build the smileys. Park at the coordinates given. A winter storm in December 2018 badly damaged the original hiding spot. It also washed away the cache and I have not been able to find it. I hid a new cache as close as I could to the old one. The container is now a magnetic key holder. New coordinates are posted. Bring your own writing stick.

update: The old cache was found by someone else, reportedly in a pile of beach debris, and was returned to very near its old spot. I went out and confirmed that it is the original container and back where it should be. I removed the new magnetic container. Coordinates returned to old ones. Let me know if I somehow got them wrong. Enjoy!
