Located just up from the Yakima River and next to the Old Inland Empire Highway, otherwise known as OIE. This highway stretches from West Richland clear up to Yakima, under one name or another. The cache is located in a turn-around spot just before you would go down the road to the local fish hatchery.
I've included a WSGA geocoin for a FTF prize. There is a pencil in the cache but you may want to bring one of your own just in case. As this cache isn't too far from the intersection of OIE please be careful with your children.
Hopefully nearby powerlines don't cause any problems for you either.
