Black Snake shown on the sign can only turn to the right while it's
slithering along. This is believed to be the result of a mutation
caused by radiation or other contaminants that have settled in the
area. The full story of the Pointy Headed Black Snake can be found

Only Pointy Headed Black Snake sign. Left Turn Only Pointy Headed
Black Snakes can only mate with Right Turn Only Pointy Headed Black
Snakes. Use caution through here because Pointy Headed Black Snakes
